PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As an engineer for SDG, Mr. Dalton has been responsible for the hydrologic and hydraulic design of several rural, urban, and bridge projects for NCDOT. This included performing hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for the design of bridges, box and pipe culverts, storm drain systems, and hazardous spill basins. Mr. Dalton has also completed numerous erosion control plans and is certified as a Level III-A and III-B NCDOT Designer of Erosion and Sediment Control Plans. He also has extensive experience in the preparation of environmental permits and has completed designs for dam restorations. Mr. Daltons responsibilities have also included scoping, manday estimates, and salary negotiations for contracted projects.

Dam Designs: Upgrades and Repairs to Marydell Dam in Durham County and McKeithan Dam in Moore County to meet requirements of Dam Safety Law of 1967.
Subdivision Designs: Designed roadway alignment, drainage, waterlines, and erosion control for Wynnridge Subdivision, Harnett County.
Wetland Permits: Camp Lejuene Wounded Warrior Barrack Enlisted Quarters (DWQ Express Permit, Stormwater Management Permit), Craven Community College Parking Expansion (DWQ/LQS Express Permit, Stormwater Managment Permit, Erosion Control Permit) Multiple CAMA, 404 and 401 Certifications for NCDOT Projects.
