PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Mr. Mussers professional experience includes extensive experience in hydrologic studies/hydraulic design, sedimentation and erosion control design, and environmental assessment. As Environmental Engineer for Wake County, he was responsible for implementing regulations pertaining to flood hazard, erosion control and water quality. He is a past member of the NC Sedimentation Control Commissions Technical Advisory Committee and F.E.M.A.s Building Industry Flood Insurance Advisory Committee. He is certified as both a Level I and Level II NCDOT Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Site Manager and Inspector and is certified as a Level III-A and III-B Designer of Erosion and Sediment Control Plans. Additionally, his experience includes extensive work in environmental evaluation of underground storage tanks, contaminated properties, and wetlands. He is a member of ASTMs Environmental Assessment Committee and Constructed Wetlands Task Force.
